They don’t have to pay to have their technicians travel to some remote location and then lose the productivity of that individual for the time that they’re gone period since our training programs have lessons that are shortened to the point, they can complete one or two lessons and then get on with their day. The next day they can come back and complete another one or two lessons. They like the fact that this allows their team to learn about the products and services that they offer and then apply it immediately in small chunks. They’re not having to drink out of a fire hydrant and then forget most of what they just picked up.
